![]() I just got a bunch of Pol-wad Spread-R inserts that I'm going to try in a gun that is choked a bit tighter than I'd like, but whose barrels I do not want to alter from factory original. Of course I'm not attaching a cost to my time. I say "currently" because I've been able to amass a decent supply of cheap lead shot. I can currently reload for far less than a flat of promo shells, but I'm making a higher quality shell. There are lots of reloading cost calculators on the web. As for experimenting with different projectiles, its your barrel.
